AM is the Fifth studio album from Sheffield rockers, Arctic Monkeys. Released in 2013, it was their slick breakthrough into the American market and was recorded in both Los Angeles and Joshua Tree to give Alex and the gang the sound they were aiming for. Tracks such as "R U Mine?" and "Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High?" (with vocals from Josh Homme of QOTSA) show the band at their cleanest and catchiest. AM is an instantly likeable work which keeps the Arctic Monkeys firmly in the top tier of UK Indie rock acts.
