Combining passionate vocals with a deep belief in pop's transporting abilities, Kim Petras continues the tradition of Kylie Minogue and Madonna with her confident dance-pop. She built an international following with singles throughout the 2010s, leading to a Top 30 appearance on Billboard's In­dependent Albums chart with her first effort, 2019's rock and R&B influenced Clarity.
